Responsibilities
• Greet clients and provide a warm welcome upon arrival
• Manage appointment scheduling and booking requests
• Assist with client check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
• Promote salon services, retail products, and gift cards
• Support technicians by ensuring services run on schedule

Responsibilities
• Oversee front desk operations and guest experience standards
